超细粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土制备与抗腐蚀耐久性探究

Abstract:Lightweight aggregate concrete was prepared by using ultra-fine fly ash,and its corrosion resistance to concrete was studied by combining dry-wet cycle test. The corrosion process was observed by SEM electron micros⁃ copy. The results show that the maximum corrosion resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete prepared with ul⁃ tra-fine fly ash is 97% , 85% and 80% respectively when the mass content of N a2 SO solution is 3% , 5% and 7% . When the number of dry-wet cycles reaches 50 times,the concrete aggregate begins to show obvious separation phe⁃ nomenon. The original closely combined aggregate particles gradually lost their bonding force,resulting in the shed⁃ ding of the corner part; 7% N a2 SO ⋅4 solution will threaten the overall strength and durability of concrete,and cracks and spalling points will appear on its surface. This explains the mechanism of fly ash to improve the corrosion resis⁃ tance of lightweight aggregate concrete,and provides a reference for the application of concrete in engineering.
