一种新飞机防火高分子复合材料制备与性能分析

Abstract:In order to improve the fire resistance of polymer materials in aircraft cabin and reduce the toxic gases released by polymer materials during combustion. In this study,anhydrous ethanol and acidic silica sol were used as the main materials to prepare a polymer composite fireproof material by hydrolysis blending method. The optimal catalyst and optimal addition ratio of the material were determined by means of mechanical property test in five kinds of materials,including tetraethylammonium hydroxide, 1,8- diazabicyclo [5.4.0] undec -7- ene,guanidine hy⁃ drochloride,tetramethylammonium hydroxide pentahydrate and aluminum acetylacetonate. It was found through ex⁃ periments that tetramethylammonium hydroxide pentahydrate was the optimal catalyst for polymer fireproof materi⁃ als in this study,and the optimal addition amount was 0.5% . Under this condition,the physical properties of the composite material are the most ideal,there is no dripping substances occurred during the combustion process,and the toxic gas concentration released by the whole system during the combustion process is the lowest,which has cer⁃ tain application value.
