Research on radioactive wastewater treatment system based on non-contact membrane distillation technology

Abstract:In the development of nuclear industry,a large amount of radioactive wastewater is generated,and there are many problems in traditional treatment technology. The non-contact membrane distillation technology uses the driving force of the steam pressure difference on both sides of the hydrophobic microporous membrane for mem⁃ brane separation,which has the advantages of simple device,mild operating conditions,good purification effect, etc. The purpose of this study is to explore the optimization scheme and development prospect of non-contact mem⁃ brane distillation for low level radioactive wastewater treatment. The optimization scheme is explored from the per⁃ spectives of membrane material selection,system design and operation parameter optimization,and its development prospect is analyzed. The non-contact membrane distillation technology shows good purification effect and sustain⁃ ability in nuclear power plants and other scenarios of nuclear industry,and provides an efficient and reliable meth⁃ od for low-level radioactive wastewater treatment with broad application prospects and development potential.
