Transformation and technical optimization of SCR denitrification and ammonia injection system for ultra-supercritical units

Abstract:In view of the complex new situation of power generation faced by traditional thermal power generating units,which leads to variable and unstable operating conditions of the units,thereby causing unstable boundary conditions such as the velocity field and concentration field at the inlet of the denitration SCR,it is proposed to re-check the flow field of denitration,optimize and adjust the zoning of the ammonia injection grille,apply multi-point measurement,total quantity control strategy and zoning control strategy,etc. Carry out ultra-low emis⁃ sion renovations on coal-fired power generation units. The results show that after the transformation,the local ammo⁃ nia overspray and the overall ammonia escape are effectively reduced,and the ammonia consumption is reduced, which has a positive effect on ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.
