碳纤维增强复材特性分析及在煤矿井下设备中的应用

Abstract:In order to improve the friction and wear performance of fiber-reinforced composites in the underground environment of coal mines,the wear resistance of carbon fiber polyurethane composites for coal mines under dry friction and wear,water-lubricated friction and wear,and heavy-load friction and wear conditions was studied by the mass fraction of carbon fibers. The chemical structure of carbon fiber polyurethane composites with different carbon fiber mass fractions was analyzed. The results show that the-NCO in carbon fiber polyurethane composites with dif⁃ ferent carbon fiber contents has fully reacted,and the change of carbon fiber content in carbon fiber polyurethane composites will not change the chemical structure of the composites. With the increase of carbon fiber content in carbon fiber polyurethane composites,the wear rate and average friction coefficient of carbon fiber polyurethane composites increase gradually under dry friction and wear,water lubrication friction and wear and heavy load fric⁃ tion and wear conditions. Under the same carbon fiber mass fraction,the wear rate and average friction coefficient of water lubrication friction and wear are the smallest,and the wear rate and average friction coefficient of heavy load friction and wear are the largest.

碳纤维复合材料由于具有质量轻、强度高、耐腐蚀性能好等优点[1],在我国煤矿工程中有着广泛应用,如煤矿巷道支护用材、煤矿传输用绳索等,尤其是煤矿井下作业时,煤矿支护或者传输工具的使用环境较为复杂,包括外界腐蚀介质、摩擦磨损、撞击等[2]。(剩余5151字)
