低碳经济背景下的煤矿综采机械设备防腐技术研究

Abstract:In order to improve the operation efficiency of fully mechanized coal mining machinery and equipment and reduce the harm of metal equipment corrosion,it is necessary to carry out corresponding research on the corro⁃ sion protection technology of fully mechanized coal mining machinery and equipment. The effects of adding com⁃ pound corrosion inhibitor FHS-101 and anti-corrosion coating on the corrosion protection effect of steel for fully mechanized mining equipment in coal mine under different temperature, salinity and pH value of corrosion medium were compared and evaluated. The results show that the higher the corrosion temperature and the higher the salinity of the corrosive medium,the lower the corrosion inhibition efficiency of the two anti-corrosion technical measures. The higher the pH value of the corrosive medium,the higher the corrosion inhibition efficiency of the two corrosion protection technical measures. Under the same experimental conditions,the corrosion protection effect of using an⁃ ti-corrosion coatings is better than adding corrosion inhibitors.
