Research on preparation and application of high strength lightweight foam concrete for railway disaster treatment

Abstract:In order to further improve the mechanical properties and application effect of foam concrete,a kind of lightweight high-strength foam concrete was prepared by adding nano SiO2 and mineral powder,and its compression strength and impact effect were analyzed in detail.The results show that compared with ordinary foam concrete,the compressive strength of foam concrete with 2kg nano SiO2 is 1.33MPa ,which is increased by 34.3% ;Compared with ordinary foam concrete,the compressive strength of concrete with 60kg slag alone is 1.18MPa ,increased by 19.2% ;The compressive strength of foam concrete mixed with 2kg nano- SiO2 and 60kg mineral powder was 1.33MPa ,increased by 34.3% ;When the water binder ratio is 0.5,the compressive strength of lightweight high-strength foam concrete is the best. When the prepared lightweight high-strength foam concrete is applied to the preparation of the retaining structure for railway disaster management,the corresponding maximum settlement value of the railway steep slope subgrade is 5.90mm ,which is 38.7% lower than the ordinary foam concrete. To sum up, lightweight high-strength foam concrete has good compressive strength,and has good effect when applied to railway disaster management,which can effectively alleviate subgrade settlement.
