Abstract:In regulatory certification tests,transmission tests based on calculated or measured load spectra are im⁃ portant tests for evaluating whether the performance of gear shafts and synchronizers is qualified. The synchronizer is one of the most critical parts of the transmission,which is responsible for transmitting torque and eliminating the speed difference during the shift process. Aiming at the fracture failure phenomenon of a certain type of gearbox gear hub in the test process,with the help of CAE analysis and simulation software,this paper expounds from the perspective of gear hub gear sleeve,which provides a basis for the failure cause analysis and scheme optimization. The results show that both the two schemes of optimizing the gear hub material and thinning the gear hub tooth sur⁃ face,the performance of the transmission gear hub can be satisfied,and the gear shifting and torque transmission can be realized smoothly.
