单双组分水性氯丁胶粘剂制备及性能比较研究

Study on preparation and performance comparison of single and double component waterborne neoprene adhesives

Abstract:The one-component and two-component waterborne chloroprene adhesives were prepared respectively, and the influence of the compatibility ratio of the main agent(component A)and the curing agent(component B) in the two-component waterborne chloroprene adhesive on its peel strength was discussed. The properties of single and double component waterborne chloroprene adhesive were compared and analyzed. The results showed that when the compatibility ratio of the two-component waterborne chloroprene adhesive was chloroprene latex(compo⁃ nent A)∶curing agent(component B) =3:1 ,the performance of the two-component waterborne chloroprene adhesive was the best. Because the volatilization rate of water is lower than that of organic solvents,the drying time of one-component waterborne chloroprene adhesive is longer after spraying on high-density sponge,while the curing time of two-component waterborne chloroprene adhesive is greatly shortened due to the addition of curing agent(B component). The spraying and bonding effect of two-component waterborne chloroprene adhesive is also better than that of single-component waterborne chloroprene adhesive.
