低压缩永久变形CIPG 有机硅密封胶制备与性能研究

Abstract：The effects of different viscosity end vinyl silicone oil，Si-H/Vi molar ratio，MQ silicone resin dosage， different fumed silica dosage and modifier on the properties of CIPG sealant products were studied. The results showed that when the viscosity of the end vinyl silicone oil was 20 000MPa⋅s ，the ratio of Si-H/Vi was 1.4∶1，and the amount of MQ silicone resin was 15 parts，the material had better performance. The sealant with tetramethyldivi⁃ nyldisilazane as the gas phase silica modifier had better performance and larger filling amount. After 1 000 h heat aging，CIPG sealant still has good strength，elongation and resilience，which can ensure the sealing reliability of long-term use.
