不同纤维种类及掺量对沥青混合料路用性能的影响研究

Research on the influence of different fiber types and content on the road performance of asphalt mixture

Abstract:To evaluate the optimal dosage of different fibers in asphalt mixtures and analyze the influence of fibers on the related properties of asphalt mixtures,different fibers and AC-20C mixtures were selected for research. Through the mix proportion design and related road performance tests of the mixtures with different fiber types and different fiber dosages,it is concluded that with the increase of different fiber dosages,the optimal oil-to-stone ratio of the mixtures shows a gradually increasing trend,among which the optimal oil-to-stone ratio of the mixtures with polyester fibers increases the most. With the increase of the dosages of the three fibers,the test results of the high and low temperature and water stability performance of the AC-20C mixture first increased and then decreased. When the dosages of basalt fiber were 0.4% ,glass fiber and polyester fiber were 0.3% ,the high-temperature stabili⁃ ty was the best. When the dosages of basalt fiber,glass fiber and polyester fiber were 0.4% and polyester fiber were 0.3% ,the low-temperature crack resistance was the best. When the dosage of three types of fibers is 0.3%~0.4%, the water stability is the best.

沥青路面在长期运营过程中受到温缩应力、车辆轴载、空气老化等外界因素的影响,易产生车辙、裂缝及疲劳等路面病害,为延长沥青路面使用年限,降低后期养护成本,需探究新型路面材料来改善沥青混合料相关路用性能。(剩余4490字)
