Research on the Mechanism of Counselors Promoting High Quality Employment for College Students

AbstractThe current employmentsituation forcollege graduates is becoming increasinglycomplex，and high-quality employment has becomean important indicatorfor measuring the growthand success ofcollge students.Asa key force in the education system of universities，counselors' unique role in guiding，supporting，and serving colege students' employment urgently needs to be systematically sorted out and mechanism optimized.The article deeply analyzes the intemal mechanism of counselors promoting high-quality employment for college students，pointing out that there are problemssuchas marginalizationofresponsibilities，insufficientprofessionalabilities，andresourcefragmentationntheir employment guidance. It then proposes optimization path suggestions such as reshaping functional positioning， strengthening professional training， integrating intemal and extemal resources，and promoting precise services.
