Research on the Innovation of Collaborative Education Mechanism between Universities and Employers under Joint Training

AbstractIn thecontextof the development ofnewquality productive forces andtheconstructionofastrong education country,collaborative education between universities and employers has become an important way to cultivate highquality talents.In the natural state,the collaborative education mechanism between universities and employers should present the characteristics of unified value concepts,optimized element allcation,and sound governance system. However,the existing mechanism has problems such as value cognition bias,imbalanced factor allocation,and governance structure defects,which lead to shallow cooperation betweenschoolsandenterprises and affct the qualityof talent cultivation. Guided by problems,the article proposes innovative paths such as using the theory ofvalueco creation to reshape school enterprisecooperation,constructing diversified training models that adapt to the developmentof new quality productivity,and improving policies,regulations,andguarantee systems forcollaborative education,inorderto deepen the integration of industry and education and enhance the quality of collaborative education.
