Exploration of Talent Cultivation Strategies in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration

AbstractThis paperaddresses issues such as the formalizationofschool-enterprisecooperation,outdated curriculum systems,insuficient dual-qualified teachers,and the lack of policy support in the talent cultivation of vocational coleges under industry-education integration.By combining problem analysis with countermeasure construction, the article proposesstrategies todeepencollaborative educationbetweenschoolsandenterprises,dynamicallyoptimizethe curiculum system,strengthen the construction of dual-qualified teacher teams,and improve policysupport mechanisms. The study shows that through joint educationbyschools and enterprises,alignment ofcuriculumcontent with ndustry needs,enhancement of teachers' practical abilities,and policy incentives,a new talent cultivation model with deep integration of industry and education can be built. This model can achieve a two-way empowerment ofimproving the quality of vocational education and upgrading industries,providing a reference for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents.
