A Study on the Application Effect of an Oral Virtual Teaching Platform in the Instruction of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheapplicationeffectoforalvirtualteachingplatforintheteachingoforalandmaxilofacial surgerycoursesforfive-yearundergraduatestudentsindentistry.Method：2Oundergraduatestudentsmajoringinstomatology fromtheArmyMedicalUniversityin2O19-202Owereselectedastheresearchsubjects.Anexperimental groupandacontrol groupweresetup.Theexperimental groupwastaughtusingavirtualoralteachingplatform，whilethecontrol groupwas taught usingtraditional teachngmethods.Thetheoretical examandpracticaloperationscoresof thetwogroupswerecomparedand aquestionnairesurveywasconductedtoinvestigatetheirlearingatitudesandinterests.Result：Throughcomparativeanalysis， itwasfoundthatthetheoreticalexamandpracticaloperationscoresoftheexperimentalgroupstudentsweresignifcantlybetter than those of the control group （P<0.05） ，and they showed a more positive learning attitude and interest.Conclusion：The oral virtualteachingplatformefectivelyenhancesstudents'knowledgemasteryandclinicalpracticeabilitythroughfunctionssuch as3Dvisualoatomostraiomsiejuylatidealitaligbckoidgcial example for the digital transformationoforaland maxillofacial surgery teachingmode.
