AbstractAgainstthe backdropofanew roundof technological revolutionand industrial transformation，artificial intellignce has aprofound impact on the developmentof higher education.The article focuses on the path of empowering high-quality development of higher education with artificial intellgence technology.Firstly，it elaborates onthe transformativeroleofartificialintellgence inhighereducation.Secondly，itanalyzesthecoreelementsofhigherducation fromtheaspects of improving the intellgence literacyof teachers and students，improving intelligent infrastructure，and stregthening intelligentethicalnors.Fally，itexploresefectivewaysforartifcialintelligencetoassthgheducation teaching，aimingtoprovidereferenceforighereducationtoachevehighqualitydevelopmentintheeraofartificialinteligence.
