Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Cultivation of Clinical Decision-Making Ability of Nursing Students

AbstractWith the increasing demand for nursingqualityin the medical industry，clinical decision-making ability has become acore competency for nursing professionals.The current nursing education systemhas problems such as imbalanced cuiculum structure，insuffcient practical support，andlagging evaluation system incultivating students'decision-making ability，whichrestrictsthecultivationofursing profeionals.Tearticleanalyes thedifculties intheeducationsystem， practical teaching， individual students，and evaluation mechanisms，and proposes a collborative solution centered on curiculumrestructuring，practicaloptimization，strengthenngofindependentabilities，ndinnovativeevaluation.Reearch hasshown that multidimensional reforms can efectively enhance the clinical decision-making abilityof nursing students， providing practical references for promoting nursing education reform and industry talent development.
