Research on the Path of Psychological Health Education for Vocational College Students under the New Situation

AbstractChina's higher vocational education started relatively late，and some coleges and universities are not yet mature in the construction of student mental health education systems and mechanisms.There are problems such as homogeneouscontent，scateredresources，and single methods，whichaffecttheeffectivenessofeducation.Tothis end， the article proposes three countermeasures： Firstly，to construct a phased psychological education framework that conforms to the growth laws of students;The second is to integrate digitalization with oncampus andoff campus resources to enhance service synergy; The third is to innovate teaching modes，introduce situational simulationand discussion based teaching，enhance student participation and practical ability，improve psychological literacy and educational quality.
