Construction of Talent Training System for Transportation Majors under the "Dual-Subject Education" Model

AbstractThe "dual education" model is a modern vocational education model characterized by the collaborative education of schools and enterprises,aiming to achieve precise alignment between talent cultivation and industry demand through deep integrationbetween schools and enterprises.However,at present,there are stillproblems such as a disconnect between the curriculum system and industry demand,a single teaching method,and weak practical teaching,which have a negative impact onthe training of transportation professionals. In this regard,the article proposes a path for constructing a talent training system for transportation majors under the "dual education" model, mainly icluding curriculum systemreconstruction,innovative teaching methods,dynamic updates ofschoolenterprise cooperation,and deepening practicalteaching,in order to improve thequalityof talent training and met the needs of high-quality development of the transportation industry.
