Abstract Improving the quality of emergency nursing teaching in higher vocational education and cultivating "emergencypioners"talents whounderstand,knowanddare toprovidefrstaidareurgent problems thatneed tobesolved. This study adopts a non synchronous controlled experimental design, selecting two consecutive years ofnursing students fromJiangsu Nursing Vocational College as the research subjects,dividedintoacontrol group and anexperimental group for controlled experiments, aiming to construct a vocational nursing emergency teaching mode of "al-round education and digital-practical fusion",in order to further improve the quality of emergency teaching. 传统急救教学中“技术至上”的单一培养模式,导致学生面对急救伦理困境时无所适从,标准化操作训练挤压了学生临床应变能力的培养空间,体力透支引发的职业耗竭现象频发,已难以适应现代医疗场景对护理人才全方位的要求。(剩余4965字)
