Construction and Implementation of Teaching Mode for Nursing Emergency in Higher Vocational Education based the Concept of Five Educations Simultaneously and Fusion of Data and Reality

Abstract Improving the quality of emergency nursing teaching in higher vocational education and cultivating "emergencypioners"talents whounderstand，knowanddare toprovidefrstaidareurgent problems thatneed tobesolved. This study adopts a non synchronous controlled experimental design， selecting two consecutive years ofnursing students fromJiangsu Nursing Vocational College as the research subjects，dividedintoacontrol group and anexperimental group for controlled experiments， aiming to construct a vocational nursing emergency teaching mode of "al-round education and digital-practical fusion"，in order to further improve the quality of emergency teaching. 传统急救教学中“技术至上”的单一培养模式，导致学生面对急救伦理困境时无所适从，标准化操作训练挤压了学生临床应变能力的培养空间，体力透支引发的职业耗竭现象频发，已难以适应现代医疗场景对护理人才全方位的要求。（剩余4965字）
