From "Social Phobia" to "Competence": An Analysis of the Psychological Adaptation Mechanism of Pre-service Teachers under the Background of New-Quality Productivity

AbstractUnder thebackgroundof new quality productivitynormaluniversity students need to transform from "social anxiety"to "competence",whichis influencedbypsychologicaladaptationmechanisms.Psychologicaladaptation includes three mutualleiforcingdimensions:cognition,emotion,andbehaviorCurrently,tepsychologicaladaptationofoal universitystudents from "socialanxiety" to "competence"isfacingproblemssuchas the mismatchbetweenprofessional rolecognitionandtherequirements ofnewqualityproductivity,thedisconnectionbetweenprofessonalemotionalexperience and educational practice needs,and the conflict between social avoidance modeand competence cultivation path. By implementing a three-dimensional strategyof cognitive reconstruction, emotional counseling,and behavioral training, teacher trainees canpromote psychologicaladaptationandachievethe transformationfrom"socialanxiety"to"competence".
