Analysis of the Evaluation and Assessment Indicators of Vocational College Majors Based on Outcome-Based Education

AbstractThe achievement oriented education concept provides practical guidance for the reform of the professional evaluationand assessment system in vocational coleges. At present, vocationalcolleges in China are facing problems such as highlyconvergent indicator systems,ambiguous assessment objectives,andsingle forms ofevaluation subjects in professional evaluationand assssment work.It is urgent tobuilda new evaluation system that focuses onstudents' vocational abilities and is guided by industry needs.The achievement oriented professional evaluation index system can effectively improve the matching degree between the professional settings of vocational colleges and industry needs,provide objective and quantitative evaluation support for improving the quality of talentcultivation,and have important value in promoting the connotative development of vocational education.
