Research on the Talent Cultivation Model of Intelligent Construction in Vocational Colleges under the Leadership of Industry-Education Integration

AbstractWith the accelerated digital transformation of the construction industry，the demand for inteligent construction technology talents in society is becoming increasinglyurgent，andthe talent training mode of vocational colleges urgently needs innovation.The article is based on the perspective of the integration of industryand education， anddeeplyanalyes the practical diffcultiesandabilityneeds of talentcultivationininteligentconstructioninvocational colleges. It proposes to build a professional curriculum system of "basic platform+core module+expansion direction"， createa diversifiedcollaborativeeducationenvironmentthat integrates jobcourses，competitions，andcertificates，and establishadeepcooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises forindustrialcollges andother training paths. Aiming to break the limitations of traditional talentcultivation models，form an educational ecosystem thatadapts to the developmentofintelligentconstructionindustryandprovidetalentsupportandintellctualguaranteeforthetransforation and upgrading of regional construction industry.
