Research on the Optimization of Talent Training System for Infant Care Service and Management Major under the Background of Digital Transformation

AbstractThe article takes digital transformation as the starting point，focusing on the prominent problems in the positioning of educational goals，curriculum content structure，and practical teaching support in current vocational colleges，and clarifying the practical reasons for educational reform.Onthis basis，agoal mechanism of "threedimensionalcollaboration"，a currculum structure modelof"job course integration"，and a practical teaching system supported by "school government park"collaboration are constructed to explore a scalable path for high-quality talent cultivation.Intended to promote theshiftofprofessionalconstruction fromstructuraloptimizationtocapacity building， providing theoretical reference and practical support for enhancing the abilityof vocational education to serve the childcare industry.
