(Hunan Xiaoxiang Technician College /Hunan Jiuyi Vocational and Technical Collge, Yongzhou, Hunan 425000) AbstractAgainst the backdrop of the depening reformof vocational education and the advancement of educational equity policies,the "Five-Dimensional Integration"financialaidand talentcultivation model in vocationalcollges,as an important vehicle for implementing the fundamental task ofcultivating virtue and talent,directlyaffects the comprehensivedevelopment of economicalldisadvantaged students.Thisstudy,basedonthe deconstructionof the logicalelationshipoftismodel,analyzes thepracticaldificutiesofthe"Five-Dimensional Integration"finacialid andtalentcultivation model.Throughaseriesofoptimizationstrategies,itpromotes theshiftoffinancialaidandtalent cultivation fromsingular economic assistance to systematic capabilitydevelopment, providing theoretical references and practical pathways for improving thequality of financial aid and talent cultivation in vocationalcolleges and promoting the equitable development of vocational education.
