The Value and Practical Path of Career Planning in Employment Guidance for Higher Vocational College Students

AbstractWith the increasing numberofcollege graduates yearbyyear，te overallemployment situation is becoming more severe，and the employment pressure on vocational colege students is constantly increasing. To aleviate this severe situationand enhancethecompetitivenessofvocationalcollgestudents inthe job market，vocationalcollges should pay special attention to theircareerplanning in theprocessof providing employment guidance for students，help students dynamically grasp the competition situation inthe market industry，clarifytheir needs and requirements for themselves，and reasonably formulate carer planning and development learning goals.Based on a brief analysis of relevant concepts，this article explores the application value of career planning in vocational college students' employment guidance work，and proposescorresponding strategies for reference.
