Exploration of Talent Cultivation Model for Big Data Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Modern Apprenticeship System

AbstractAs the core force supporting the digital transformationofthe industry， vocationalbig data technology professionals need to possessboth data thinking and practical innovation abilities. Based onthe modern apprenticeship system， Vocational colleges should establish a dual colaborative education system between schools and enterprises， clarify vocational ability oriented training objectives through dualcollaborative design，reconstruct a knowledge system drivenbyjobdemand through the integrationof industryandeducation，andachieve theoreticalandpractical spiral promotion throughengineering alternation.Furthermore，itcansolvethe diffcultiesof insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises，and theformalism of the integration of work and technology，effectively enhancing students' adaptability to positions such as data analysis and platform operation and maintenance.
