Construction of Talent Training Model for Tourism New Media Marketing from the Perspective of Government School Enterprise Collaboration

AbstractWith the digital transformationof the cultural and tourism industry,the demand for tourism new media marketing talents has sharply increased.Basedonthe theory of governmentschool enterprise colaboration,this article analyzes the demand ofpeers fortourism new media marketing talents.In response to the current situationof education under the government school enterprise colaboration,apractical path for constructing a tourism new media marketing education modelissystematicallyconstructed.It proposes tobuildahierarchicaleducationsystem,coordinateresource integrationandbenefit sharing mechanisms,deepencollaborative governance framework,and improve supervisionand guarantee mechanisms,providing reference for cultivating high-quality skilled talents in tourism new media marketing and helping vocational education develop with high quality.
