The Construction of New Model of College Education and Teaching Management under the People-oriented Concept

AbstractCollege education and teaching management is an important guarantee for the quality of higher education， and also an important means for coleges and universities to achieve their school-running goals and school-running characteristics.This paper discusses the construction of a new model of college education and teaching management under the people-oriented concept，analyzes the characteristics of the new model from the aspects of humanization， individuation，democratizationand inovation，and puts forward the implementation strategyof the new model from the aspects of system construction，culture shaping，resource allocation， supervision and evaluation， information construction.The new model of people-oriented teaching management in coleges and universities is conducive to improving the quality and eficiency of education， promoting the al-round development of teachers and students.
