Abstract From the perspective of upholding integrity and innovation， university libraries，as knowledge disseminators and value inheritors， educational coordinators and innovation promoters， and environmental builders，continuously innovate educational content， methods，and means by optimizing resource construction， innovating service models，expanding spatial functions，enhancing librarian capabilities，and building collaborative education mechanisms， while adhering to the guiding position of Marxism and following thelaws ofideologicalandpolitical education，inorder to improve the pertinenceandefectiveness ofideological and political education.
