AbstractCollege counselors are the executors ofstudent education management，and their educational management effectivenesshas become an important indicator for measuring the qualityof education and management level in universities.With the rapid development of information technologies such as big data，the working methods and management tools ofcounselors are constantlychanging.Inthis context，exploring the improvement ofthe educational management eficiencyofuniversity counselors is akey content to promote theconstructionofthe internal governance system of universities. The article focuses on the connotation of educational management efficiency and proposes strategies to enhance theeducationalmanagement eficiencyofcollegecounselors inthe digitalbackground，providing theoretical support for building an efficient counselor education management system.
