New Forms and Methods of Student Management by College Counselors in the New Era

AbstractAgainst the backdropof socialtransformationand depeningdevelopmentofhigher education，the student management work of university counselors is facing unprecedented diverse challenges. With the expansion of individual differences among college students，traditional management models areno longer able to met the practical neds of contemporary college students' growth and development. The article systematically explores the new forms and methods of counselor student management work， proposes new features such as precise management and personalized services， and deeply analyzes the application of information technology and the cultivation and improvement of counselor abilities，in order to provide theoretical support and practical ideas for the intelligent development of college student management.
