Research on the Peer Mutual Assistance Model ofPsychological Health Education in Vocational Colleges

AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofhighervocationaleducation,thementalhealth problemsofhighervocational colege students have become increasingly prominent.Asanimportantsupplementary formofmental health education, peer support has unique applicabilityand efectiveness in higher vocational colleges.Combining existing policy documents,practicalresearchandthepsychologicalcharacteristicsof highervocationalcollege students,this paper constructsa "four-level linkageand three-dimensionalempowerment"peer support work model,expounds thecore content ofthe modelfromthe aspects oforganizationalstructure,operation mechanismand guarantee system,andputs forwardspecific practical paths,providingreference forhigher vocational collges toimprove thequalityof mental health education.

朋辈互助是指年龄、背景、经历等相近个体间相互支持、帮助,以实现共同成长的形式,在学校是以学生为主体的心理辅导方式,由年龄相仿的学生为有需要的同伴提供安慰与支持等。(剩余5076字)
