AbstractThis study is based on the Outcome Based Education (OBE)concept and aims to explore the teaching reformof psychology courses in teacher education majors.The article is based onconstructivistlearning theory and implementsahierarchical teachingstrategy forpsychologycourses basedontheteaching objectivesof "knowledge ability literacy";And basedon diversified leaming outcomes evaluation,continuous improvement mechanismof teachingquality,and theconstructionofanopenand shared educational ecosystem,a teachingqualityassurance mechanism is constructedto meet the personalized learning needs of diferent levels of normal university students, providing new ideas and practicalreferences for the reform of psychology currculum teaching innormal universities.
