AbstractWiththe increasingdemandforcomprehensivequalityof talents insociety,nationalscholarships inigher education have become an important measure to motivate students to develop comprehensively.The article uses NVivo 15 software and qualitativeanalysis methods to summarize and analyze the general training model for high achieving students in new era universities based on interview materialsof15 national scholarship recipients from Z school. Researchhas found that recipients of national scholarships exhibit significant advantages inlearning methods,goal orientation,personalqualities,andsocialresponsibility.Thearticleanalyzes thecore traitsofthese successfulstudents, providing empirical evidence and path suggestions for the cultivation ofhigh-quality talents in universities.
