Research on Collaborative Education of Vocational Career Planning Course "Post Course Competition Certificate" in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract Career planning,as a core course for vocational colleges to implement moral education and enhance students' professional qualities,directly affects the teaching efectiveness ofstudents'career development paths.With the promotionof thecomprehensiveeducationmodelof"Post Course Competition Certificate",itorganically integrates job requirements,curriculum system,skillcompetitions,and vocational certificates,becomingan importantpath to enhance students' professonal competence and employmentcompetitiveness.However, in the practical process,the deep-seatedcontradictions ofcollaborative education graduallyemerged,whichrestrictedthefullplayoftheeducational effectivenessof this model.The article focuses on the career planning courses invocational collegesas theresearch object,and explores the practical diffculties and breakthrough strategies of colaborative education through "Post Course Competition Certificate",in order to provide practical reference for deepening the comprehensive education reform of "Post Course Competition Certificate" in vocational colleges.
