AbstractThearticle analyzesthenewdemandsof the industryformaster's students in terms ofknowledge structure， ability，andqualityunderthebackgroundofAI.Itpointsouttheproblems existinginthecurrent industryeducation integration training model in terms ofcurrculum system，practical teaching，dual mentor system，evaluation mechanism，andresource integration.Corresponding reform strategies are proposed fromoptimizing thecurriculum system，strengtheningpracticalteaching，improvingthedualmentorcollaborativeeducationmechanism，perfecting the evaluation mechanism，and strengthening resource integrationandsharing，aiming toimprove thequalityof training for master's students in transportationand promote the intelligent transformationofthe transportation industry.
