Research on the Cultivation of Outstanding Talents in New Liberal Arts Based on Modern Industry Colleges

AbstractIn thecontextof theconstruction of new liberal arts and the integrationof industryand education，local undergraduate colleges have problems such as insuficient matching with industry demand for new liberal arts majors andlagging talent taining models.Basedontheeducational functionofmodern industrialcollges，thisarticleanalyzes their adaptability incultivating outstanding talents in the new liberal arts，and proposes athree-stage implementation path covering infrastructure construction， model implementation，and optimization and upgrading. Research has shown that modern industrial colleges，through resource integration and school enterprise collaboration，can effectively promote the integration of humanities majors with industry demand，build a dynamically adjusted talent training system，and provide theoretical and practical support for local collges to improve the quality of talent training and serve regional economic development.
