Research on Personalized Teaching for Nursing Students Based on Learning Analytics

AbstractWith the increasing profesionalization of nursing education,traditional teaching methods are no longer able to meet the personalized development needs of students.The article is based on learming analysis technology, integrating multi-source data from teaching management,online learning,and clinical training,using cognitive diagnosis,behavior sequence mining,and other methods to construct a personalized teaching system for nursing students. By analyzing the characteristics of students'clinical thinking,learning paths, emotional states,and collaboration modes,diferentiated training strategies areproposed to achieve dynamicadaptationof teaching content, methods,and evaluation.Practice has shown that this system efectively enhances the professional abilities and qualities of nursing students,providing theoretical basis and practical path for personalized teaching reform in vocational education.
