Innovative Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine Teacher Education Model under the Integrated Advanced Theory

From the Perspective of Medical Realm in The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon

AbstractObjective: This studyaims to explore and establish a mentorship education model forTraditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioners based on the medical realms outlined in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon and the theory ofintegrated progressive learning.Methods: Byconducting an in-depth analysis of thetheoretical and practical logic underlyingthefive medicalrealmsof "recitation,interpretation,discrimination,understanding,andelucidation," this study integrates the modern educational concept of "integrated progressive learning" to conduct a converged exploration. Key Findings: The study constructs a hierarchical model of medical dao realm progresion goals.Based on this model,it implements currculum module reforms that emphasizeboth "classcal studyand clinical teaching," and establishes a new mentorship education model for TCM practitioners featuring "two-stage training, mastery of threekeypoints,and implementationthrough six focalareas." Conclusion:This study notonly enriches the theoretical system of mentorship education in TCM but also provides new ideas and methods for cultivating TCM talents.
