AbstractDeep learning is a teaching philosophy that emphasizes students' active construction of knowledge and cultivationofhigher-orderthinkingabilities，andhasreceived muchattention inthe fieldof highereducation inecent years.Basedonthebackgroundof higher education reform inthenew era，this article deeplyanalyzes theapplication principles of deep learning theory in university teaching， proposes to construct a student-centered teaching mode，and caries out systematic changes from multiple aspects such as optimizing teaching content， innovating teaching methods， integrating teaching methods，and improving evaluationmechanisms，inorder toeffectively enhance students'critical thinking，innovationability，and problem-solving ability， which is of great significance for promoting theconnotative development of higher education.
