AbstractAgainsthebackdropofthe prominentdualatributes of theoreticaland instrumentalnature inmathematics,the phenomenonof "emphasizing theoryover application"inthecultivation ofmathematics talents inuniversities hasledtoan imbalance intheknowledgestructureoftalents,obstacles ininterdisciplinarystudies,nd intensifiedsocialsupply-demand contradictions.Thearticlefoundthroughmultidimensionalatributionanalysis thatthepattemisformedbythecombined effectsof educational philosophydeviation,institutional mechanismrigidity, teachingsubject imitations,and imbalaced socialenvironmentorientation.Inresponsetotheproblem,the articleproposes astrategyforthecoordinateddevelopmentof theoryandaplication,imingtopromotethetransformationofmathematicaltalenttrainingmodels,anceteadaptability of talents to industry needs,and promote interdisciplinary innovation and social technological development.
