AbstractAgainsthebackdropofthe prominentdualatributes of theoreticaland instrumentalnature inmathematics，the phenomenonof "emphasizing theoryover application"inthecultivation ofmathematics talents inuniversities hasledtoan imbalance intheknowledgestructureoftalents，obstacles ininterdisciplinarystudies，nd intensifiedsocialsupply-demand contradictions.Thearticlefoundthroughmultidimensionalatributionanalysis thatthepattemisformedbythecombined effectsof educational philosophydeviation，institutional mechanismrigidity， teachingsubject imitations，and imbalaced socialenvironmentorientation.Inresponsetotheproblem，the articleproposes astrategyforthecoordinateddevelopmentof theoryandaplication，imingtopromotethetransformationofmathematicaltalenttrainingmodels，anceteadaptability of talents to industry needs，and promote interdisciplinary innovation and social technological development.
