AbstractThearticle elaborates onthe significance ofbuilding arule oflaw culture onuniversity campuses from the perspective ofnew media，and analyzes the problems faced in the process ofbuilding arule oflaw culture on university campuses，such as the mismatch between the content of rule of law culture and the characteristics of new media dissemination，thesingle formofnew mediaruleof lawculture dissemination，the low enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in the constructionofrule oflaw culture，andthe imperfect management mechanism. Inresponse to the above issues，the article proposes targeted strategies from multiple aspects，aiming to enhance the efectiveness of the construction of legal culture in universities.
