Abstract：Thisstudyaddressesthedistinctiveatributesofengineringdisciplinesbycenteringonthecorecompetencyof complexproblem-solving.GuidedbysocialistcorevaluesandMarxistprinciples，theresearchenhancesthepedagogical leadershipofcuiculum-basedideologicaleducationthroughmulti-sourcedintegrationofideologicalcomponents，augmented engineeringpracticeinclassroomsetings，anddepenedconvergenceofideologicaleducationwithspecializedknowledge.An iterativepedagogicalmodel-"facultyguidane，experientialleaming，collborativeengagement，andreflectiveadvanceent-s proposedandimplementedtoelevatestudents'ideologicalconsciousnessandprofesional literacy.Thisapproachdemonstrably achievesthetripartitecuricularobjectivesof"promotingthespiritofconstructionnginering，upholdingengineeringphilosophy and enhancing core competency."
