Abstract:Thisstudyaddressesthedistinctiveatributesofengineringdisciplinesbycenteringonthecorecompetencyof complexproblem-solving.GuidedbysocialistcorevaluesandMarxistprinciples,theresearchenhancesthepedagogical leadershipofcuiculum-basedideologicaleducationthroughmulti-sourcedintegrationofideologicalcomponents,augmented engineeringpracticeinclassroomsetings,anddepenedconvergenceofideologicaleducationwithspecializedknowledge.An iterativepedagogicalmodel-"facultyguidane,experientialleaming,collborativeengagement,andreflectiveadvanceent-s proposedandimplementedtoelevatestudents'ideologicalconsciousnessandprofesional literacy.Thisapproachdemonstrably achievesthetripartitecuricularobjectivesof"promotingthespiritofconstructionnginering,upholdingengineeringphilosophy and enhancing core competency."
