Abstract：Thispaper focusesonthecourseofCombustion Theoryinagriculturaluniversities.Inresponsetothestrong theoreticalandpracticalnatureofcombustionscienceandthechalengesstudentsfaceinunderstandingandaplyingthe concepts，thisstudyadoptstheOBEconcpt.Byintegratingthestrengthsofonlineandoflineteachingmodelsandaligningwith the"TwoCharacteristicsandOneDegreegoldencoursestandard，adjustmentsaremadetoteachingobjectives，content，methods， andassessmentsystems.Theaimistopromotethecordinateddevelopmentofstudentsknowledge，skils，andliteracyehnce theirabilitytosolvecomplexcombustionengineringproblems，andadvancetheconstructionoffirst-classcombustiontheory course.Theresultsindicatethattheblendedteachingmodelefectivelyimprovesstudentslearinginterest，practicalabilitsand overallquality，layingasolidfoundationforrainingwel-roundedandcompeitivecompoundtalentsinenergyandpowerelated major at agricultural universities.
