Abstract:ToexploretheconstructionefectofthecourseofNursingEthicsundertheguidanceofcorecompetencyand constructtheory.Inthethecourseof Nursing Ethics,basedoncorecompetencyandconstructtheory,teachingwascariedout. Afterteaching,aquestionairewasusedtounderstandthesatisfactionof21Onursingundergraduatestudentswhoparticipatedin thecourselearning,and2Oofthemwereinterviewedtounderstandtheirexperienceswithteachingefectivenes.Theoveal evaluationscoreoftheteachingefectivenessbythestudentswas4.3points,andtherespondentsfullyafirmedtheteaching effectivenessofthecourse,mainlyincludingtheimprovementofstudents'learninginterestandparticipation,enhanced communicationskillandteamworkabilityandenhancedcriticalthinkingandethicaldecision-makingabilty.Theaplicatinof corecompetencyandconstructtheory toguidetheconstructionof thecourseof Nursing Ethicscan helpimproveteaching effectiveness and cultivate students'comprehensive abilities,which has been recognized by students.
