Abstract：ToexploretheconstructionefectofthecourseofNursingEthicsundertheguidanceofcorecompetencyand constructtheory.Inthethecourseof Nursing Ethics，basedoncorecompetencyandconstructtheory，teachingwascariedout. Afterteaching，aquestionairewasusedtounderstandthesatisfactionof21Onursingundergraduatestudentswhoparticipatedin thecourselearning，and2Oofthemwereinterviewedtounderstandtheirexperienceswithteachingefectivenes.Theoveal evaluationscoreoftheteachingefectivenessbythestudentswas4.3points，andtherespondentsfullyafirmedtheteaching effectivenessofthecourse，mainlyincludingtheimprovementofstudents'learninginterestandparticipation，enhanced communicationskillandteamworkabilityandenhancedcriticalthinkingandethicaldecision-makingabilty.Theaplicatinof corecompetencyandconstructtheory toguidetheconstructionof thecourseof Nursing Ethicscan helpimproveteaching effectiveness and cultivate students'comprehensive abilities，which has been recognized by students.
