Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofnewindustrialformssuchasartificialintellgence,bigdata,and’smart manufacturing,theteachingsystemof traditionalMaterialsProcessngEngineringcoursesfacesademandfortransformatioand integratiowitintelignttcolesBasedoneinterdisipliarycaracteristcofartatelsPrcessgEnngs papersystematicallanalyzesexistingissesincurentteachingpractices,suchasoverlycomplextheoreticalknowledgeandweak experimentalcomponents.Thestudy constructsaprogressiveteaching contentsystemcenteredon"materialsprocessing + intelligence" following the sequence of "digitalization $$ networking $$ intelligence".An intelligent forging experimental teaching platformintegratedwithadigitaltwinwasestablished,achievinganimmersivevital-realcombinedexperimentalteachingode. Furthermore,teachingmethodsbasedonflippedclassroomsandscienceandinovationproject-drivenaproacheswereexplored, andadiversifiedoutcomeevaluationsystemwasestablishedenhancingstudents‘abilitytointegratetheorywithpractieand fosteringinovationcapabilities.Thissystemconstructionprovidesavaluablereferenceforthereformofsimilarspecializedcourses.
