Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofbigdata，cloudcomputing，AI（ArtificialInteligencetechnologyandotherdigital technologies，universityeducationhasenteredtheeraofdigitalintellgence.Itiseasierthaneverbeforeforcollgestudentsto getsftwaretoolstosupporttheirstudiesorresearch.TheAIsoftwaretolsrepresentedbychatbotslackofhighaccuracyand highreliability，whichcontradictstheprofessonalismofengineers，whshouldseekforhighreliabilityIthasbecomeanurgent problemforcollgeengineeringeducationtoimprovethecriticalthinkingabilityofcollegestudentsmajoringinengineering. Collegeeducationurgentlyneedstosolvetheproblem.Basedonstrengtheningtheawarenessofcicalthinking，fourspecific sugestionsaregivenonhowtotraintheabilityofcriticalthinking：toaddtheprocessofidentifyingresults；toleamtoask questions;to enhance the training of reflective judgment;and to emphasize a more solid professional foundation.
