Abstract:Toimplementthecomprehensivereformof graduateeducationincolegesanduniversitiesandpromote thehighqualityevelopmentofgraduateeducationinchemistryandchemicalindustrytherefomofclasifiedtrainingmechanismisof greatsignificancetoimprovethequalityofgraduateeducationandpromotethedevelopmentofchemicalindustry.Theaimof thisstudyistocarryoutthereformofgraduatetrainingmodelthroughthereformandpracticeofclasifiedtrainingmechanism, adheretotheproblemorientationandgoalorientation,andcombinethecharacteristicsofchemicalengineringdisciplines, specialtiesandtrainingobjectives.ThepapertakestheScholofChemistryandChemicalEngineringofNorthwestern PolytechnicalUniversityasanexample,activelyexplorestheinovationoftheclassficationtrainingmechanismforacademicand profesionaldegreegraduates,improves thetrainingqualityofacademicandprofesionaldegree graduatesinchemistryand chemicalengineering,promotesinnovationanddevelopmentinthefieldofchemistryandchemicalengineering,andprovides reference for the reform of graduate education in related fields.
