Abstract：Toimplementthecomprehensivereformof graduateeducationincolegesanduniversitiesandpromote thehighqualityevelopmentofgraduateeducationinchemistryandchemicalindustrytherefomofclasifiedtrainingmechanismisof greatsignificancetoimprovethequalityofgraduateeducationandpromotethedevelopmentofchemicalindustry.Theaimof thisstudyistocarryoutthereformofgraduatetrainingmodelthroughthereformandpracticeofclasifiedtrainingmechanism， adheretotheproblemorientationandgoalorientation，andcombinethecharacteristicsofchemicalengineringdisciplines， specialtiesandtrainingobjectives.ThepapertakestheScholofChemistryandChemicalEngineringofNorthwestern PolytechnicalUniversityasanexample，activelyexplorestheinovationoftheclassficationtrainingmechanismforacademicand profesionaldegreegraduates，improves thetrainingqualityofacademicandprofesionaldegree graduatesinchemistryand chemicalengineering，promotesinnovationanddevelopmentinthefieldofchemistryandchemicalengineering，andprovides reference for the reform of graduate education in related fields.
