Abstract：Theworkofcultivatingtalentsthroughpracticeincollegesanduniversitiesisanimportantpartofhigher education，animportantwaytocarryoutideologicalandpoliticaleducationforyoungcolegestudentsintheneweraandan importantsupportforpromotingthecomprehensivedevelopmentofcollgestudents’practicalabiliesandoverallqualities.The CommunistPaityofChinaandthestatehavealwaysatachedgreatimportancetothepracticaleducationworkinuniversities.In recentyears，thepracticaleducationworkinuniversitieshasbencontinuouslydeveloped，buttherearealsosomeweaklinks andsignificantproblems.Inordertomeetthehigherrequirementsofthetimesandsocialchangesforyoungcolegestudents， andfurtherenhancetheoverallefectivenessofpracticaleducatioinuniversities，itisnecessrytoactivelyexplorthpathf practicaleducationinuniversitesinthenweraandcultivatehigh-qualitytalentswithcomprehensiveevelopmentinorality intelligence，physical fitness，aesthetics，and labor skills.
